Heathrow Printers has been printing custom t-shirts and garments for businesses, clubs, schools and events across West London, Surrey and beyond since 1990. From our workshop in Ashford, we offer a range of printing methods to match your design, quantity and budget.
We use screen printing for larger runs where cost per unit matters, DTF (direct to film) printing for detailed full-colour designs on any quantity, and vinyl heat transfer for names, numbers and simple graphics with a crisp, durable finish.
We source premium garments from trusted suppliers, so the t-shirts feel good, fit well and hold up to repeated washing. If you have your own garments, we are happy to print on those too.
Screen Printing
Traditional screen printing delivers vibrant, long-lasting colour that sits well on fabric. Best suited to larger runs of 20 or more shirts.
DTF Printing
Direct to film printing produces detailed, full-colour designs on any fabric colour with no minimum order quantity.
Vinyl Heat Transfer
Heat-pressed vinyl lettering and graphics give a clean, durable finish ideal for names, numbers and simple branding.
