These terms apply to all orders placed with Heathrow Printers Ltd, 10a Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, Surrey TW15 2RY.
Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change after this period. Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of enquiry; changes to specifications may affect the final price.
Payment
Payment is due on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
Artwork
Artwork supplied must be print-ready in a suitable format (PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution image). We are happy to help with artwork setup and design at an additional charge. We will provide a proof for approval before printing where possible.
Colour Accuracy
Colours may vary between screen and print due to differences in display calibration, paper stock and printing processes. We do our best to match your expectations but cannot guarantee an exact screen-to-print colour match.
Liability
Heathrow Printers Ltd will not be liable for errors in artwork approved by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of collection or delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
